We are leading developers of renewable power projects. Access Solar Energy, LLC is focused on the development utility scale solar power facilities.

Access Solar Energy has identified specific solar projects that will meet the growing demand for clean power, a demand that cannot be met by current supply, nor is expected to be met in the near future. The primary market driver is that renewable energy projects are not being built fast enough in response to market-driven demand.

Access was established in 2001 by experienced energy executives and development specialists with over 20 years of successful energy and development experience covering $3.5 billion in energy assets. The Company's is becoming a leader in the clean, renewable energy market by developing and owning clean, renewable energy power plants, using known and proven technologies.

Access' primary focus is to develop solar electric energy projects. Our solar initiatives will provide a domestic source of clean energy while creating new Job opportunities and providing a new source of long-term reliable and predictable energy.

Access Solar Energy is located in Park City, Utah and is a member of Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA).

LEADERSHIP

Mr. McClenachan has been instrumental in the formation of three successful independent power companies. He has been responsible for the profitable investment of more than $3 billion in projects ranging in size from 3 to 1,680 megawatts and requiring equity contributions from $2 million to $750 million. He has held executive positions both in the United States and abroad.

Prior to forming Access, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of one of the country's largest and most successful developers of "green" energy projects, Energy Developments, Inc. McClenachan was the initial CEO of the company and was directly responsible for its rapid and profitable growth. McClenachan was the Senior Vice President for International Business Development for NRG Energy and was instrumental in growing the company ten-fold over a 7 year period. McClenachan also founded Catamount Energy that was sold for $240 million. McClenachan is also a co-founder of Viridis Energy Capital Ltd.

McClenachan Holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Masters in Business Administration.
