Access Energy’s latest projects located in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin will provide in excess of 15 megawatts of clean energy
Park City, Utah (May 4, 2005)—Access Energy, an emerging leader in the renewable energy industry, is developing three renewable energy projects at landfills in Whitewater and Muskego Wisconsin, and Berks County, Pennsylvania. These projects combined will initially produce in excess of 15 megawatts of clean energy and will provide the equivalent environmental benefit of taking approximately 148,000 cars off the road or avoiding use of nearly 2 million barrels of oils. Access Energy LLC Will Provide Renewable Energy to Pennsylvania
Use of methane gas from landfill offers renewable energy to more than 2,600 households
PARK CITY, UT, November 29, 2004, Access Energy, LLC (“Access”) along with its strategic ally G.A.S. Energy Technology, Inc. (“G.A.S.”), today announced plans to develop a 2,600 kilowatt clean, renewable-energy power project at a landfill in McClellandtown, PA. The landfill is owned and operated by Onyx Chestnut Valley landfill, Inc., a subsidiary of Onyx Waste Services, Inc. Onyx Waste Services, Inc. is an Onyx North America company (“Onyx”). The renewable energy project will convert methane gas from the landfill into electricity and is expected to be operational by year-end 2005. More...
