Access Energy, LLC Announces Strategic Alliance with G.A.S. Energy Technology, Inc.

Park City, UT.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—August 31, 2004—Access Energy, LLC (Access) and G.A.S. Energy Technology, Inc. (G.A.S.) announced today that they have executed a Strategic Alliance Agreement. This deal represents an exclusive arrangement for energy development throughout New England, the Mid-Atlantic States and other regions in the United States.

"G.A.S. provides Access with resources necessary for Access to successfully grow a power portfolio in the U.S.," said Robert McClenachan, Access's President.
